Job Summary
Safe operation of various types of heavy equipment and DOT regulated vehicles on construction paving crew. This is a union position.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate various types of heavy equipment used on paving crew
- Operate various DOT regulated vehicles
- Participate in daily safety huddles
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- CDL license with medical exam card
Skills
- Able to work as a team
- Safety oriented
- Knowledge of operating various types of heavy equipment.
Physical Requirements
- Able to get in and out of various types of equipment
- Able to work various hours
- Able to work in various weather conditions
- Able to stand, walk, sit for various lengths of time
